Most records maintained by the Erie County Board of Elections are available for public access on this website. All other records, except those exempted from public access by law, are available by request for examination or copying in the public review areas of the Erie County Board of Elections, 134 W. Eagle St., Buffalo, NY, 14202 on regular business days from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Types of information available: Voter data, Voter history, Election history, Absentee Voters, Military Voters, Federal Voters, Petition information, Elected Offices information, Apportionment information, Campaign Finance, Maps, DS-200 information, AutoMark information, Inspector information, Sample ballots, Poll books and BOE budget information.When requested, paper copies can be made by this agency for $.25 per page. How to Request Access to Public Records

You may call (716) 858-8891 to have a request form mailed or faxed to you, or you may print a PDF version of the
FOIL request form.
